Highlights
Day-by-day itinerary

Welcome to Amman!
Upon your arrival at Amman airport, obtain your visa before being welcomed by your driver at the exit. You will then be transferred to your hotel to settle in comfortably.
A representative from our agency will meet you at the hotel to provide you with detailed explanations about your itinerary. They will also hand over your rental car and a mobile phone equipped with Google Maps to facilitate your travels.

Amman & As-Salt
Start your day with breakfast, followed by a visit to Amman. Explore the ancient and modern capital of Jordanie, originally built on seven hills. From the citadel, one of the highest hills, admire a splendid view of the old city. Discover the citadel, the Roman Theatre, archaeological and folklore museums, as well as King Abdullah Mosque. Head towards As-Salt, located just 25 km from Iraq Al Amir. Discover this charming town proud of its history, with its yellow sandstone architecture. The town, known as Saltus during Roman times, flourished in the Middle Ages, and you can find the ruins of an Ayyubid fortress from the early 13th century.
The local experience with a resident includes lunch. Umm Omar, a resident of As-Salt, has been preparing homemade jams and other local products since childhood. Growing up, she assisted her grandmother who used seasonal fruits and vegetables to create various jams.
Visit to the city of Salt
Discovery of Al-Hammam Street, the oldest and most lively street in the city, named after a Turkish bath. This narrow pedestrian street winds around the hill, lined with traditional Ottoman stone buildings dating back 150 years.
Exploration of the old souks, filled with the aromas of spices and vibrant colors. Stroll through the city center to admire 19th-century Ottoman houses, recognizable by their varied hues and characteristic windows. Among them, the Abu Jaber house, located on the main square, once belonged to a wealthy Ottoman merchant.

Olive Growing Traditions and Visit to Jerash
After a hearty breakfast, head to Dibeen where a member of a local family will welcome you for an authentic experience in the heart of their olive groves. Depending on the time of year, you will have the opportunity to participate in the green olive harvest in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
The olives picked will then be placed in baskets to be washed, dried on traditional stones, then salted and mixed with lemon in preparation for their preservation in jars.
Outside of harvest season, you can participate in a culinary workshop featuring olives and olive oil, with typical dishes such as:
Marinated olives
Labaneh with olive oil
Galaieh with olive oil
Potatoes sautéed in olive oil
Olive oil and Zaatar
Zalabia, sweet fried pastry with olive oil
Taboon bread topped with olives, rosemary and brushed with olive oil
Tea, Arabic coffee and water will also be served.
After this culinary experience, visit an olive oil press to discover the pressing process and taste fresh olive oil, while enjoying its enticing aromas.
The day will continue with an exploration of Jerash, famous for its impressive archaeological site.
Founded over 6,500 years ago, Jerash was captured by the Romans in 63 BC. The city is full of remains testifying to a prestigious past, yielding its fame only to Petra as a major attraction in Jordanie. Today, Jerash is considered one of the best-preserved Roman provincial cities in the region, having been buried under sand for centuries before being rediscovered and restored over a 70-year period.
Built entirely in orange-pink limestone, the city illuminates magnificently under the rising and setting sun. The peak of Gerasa dates back to the 2nd and 3rd centuries. Jerash is a perfect example of Roman urban planning in the Middle East, with its paved streets lined with columns, its immense temples, its charming theatres, its vast public squares, its baths, its fountains and its ramparts pierced with towers and gates.
Explore this fascinating city with an English-speaking local guide during a private visit of approximately two hours. Then, enjoy lunch in the open air with a local family, with a stunning view over the forests of Dibbeen.
Next, you will travel to Ajloun to explore the majestic Ajloun citadel. Located at the top of a hill, it offers breathtaking panoramas over Tiberiad and Judea. The city's main attraction is its fortress, also known as the Qala'at ar-Rabad castle.
Thanks to its strategic position, it served to protect the trade routes between Jordanie and Syria, while defending the region against the Crusaders, whose attempts at conquest failed.

Discovery Day in Madaba and Kerak
After breakfast, depart towards the King's Road to visit Madaba, nicknamed "the city of mosaics", is one of the most memorable destinations in the Holy Land. Among its many sites to explore, the sixth-century Byzantine mosaic map, illustrating Jerusalem and other holy cities, is particularly impressive. This work of art is located inside the Church of Saint George.
Continue your excursion with a transfer to Mount Nebo. This site is famous for being the place where Moses saw the holy land of Canaan and is also considered his burial place. As the most venerated sacred site in Jordan, Mount Nebo has been a pilgrimage destination for early Christians. The first church at Mount Nebo was built in the late 4th century to emphasize its historical importance. Beneath the mosaic pavement of the Moses Memorial Church, six tombs from different periods were discovered. The current presbytery preserves mosaic remains, including an ancient panel depicting a braided cross.
After crossing the Wadi Al Mujeb canyon, continue your journey towards Karak. In Karak, visit the Saladin Fortress, an ancient Crusader fortress that, surrounded by the fortifications of the old town, stands at 900 meters altitude. With a population of approximately 170,000 inhabitants, Karak features a variety of restored 19th-century Ottoman buildings, as well as a wide choice of restaurants and hotels. Nevertheless, the Karak Castle remains the undisputed symbol of the city.
End your day with a journey to the Dana Nature Reserve.
Arrival in the evening at Dana, where you can settle into the hotel for dinner and spend the night.

Adventure Day in Dana Nature Reserve and Historical Discovery at Petra
After breakfast, transfer to the Dana Nature Reserve, where you can enjoy a moderate hike lasting 2 hours.
In the afternoon, continue your adventure southward to explore the remains of the ancient Crusader fortress, the Shobak Fortress, located less than an hour north of Petra. Built by Baldwin I, King of Jerusalem, in 1115, Shobak, formerly known as "Mont Real", bears witness to the fascinating history of the region.
The Dana Nature Reserve is a true paradise for nature lovers and wide open space enthusiasts. Its arid appearance conceals great biodiversity. From the rift valley to the desert expanses of Wadi Araba, steep mountains and valleys succeed one another, hosting exceptional fauna and flora. Millennial rock paintings testify to the very ancient settlement of the region. The morning is devoted to a long guided hiking exploration of the reserve. A wonderful moment of renewal in the midst of these immense majestic spaces. It is time to continue south. You stop a short distance north of Petra to visit the Shobak Fortress, built in the early 12th century, during the time of the Crusades, by the King of Jerusalem Baldwin I. Also called Krak de Mont Real, its position overlooking the Arabah valley made it a strategic location for controlling trade routes between Egypt, Arabia and the Red Sea.
Continue your journey to the Pink City and visit "Little Petra", the Siq el-Bared site, which was once a passage for Nabatean traders.
Finally, settle into your hotel for the night, after a pleasant dinner in Petra.

Petra, the Pink City of the Desert
Visit to Little Petra and the Siq el-Barid site, a Nabatean caravanserai and commercial hub, as well as the Neolithic remains of Beidah.
The excursion begins with a 700-meter horseback ride to the entrance of the narrow and impressive gorge, the Sîq, which will lead you to discover the emblematic monument: the Treasury.
Continue your adventure through the Street of Facades, the Royal Tombs, the Cardo, as well as various temples, churches and museums.
As a wonder of the world and UNESCO World Heritage site, Petra is an invaluable treasure of Jordanie, attracting millions of visitors each year. This exceptional city, carved into the rock by the Nabateans, bears witness to a dynamic Arab civilization that flourished here more than 2000 years ago.

Exploration de Wadi Rum : Immersion au cœur du désert jordanien
After a delicious breakfast, we will transfer to Wadi Rum, where we will begin an unforgettable adventure in the largest and most spectacular desert of Jordanie, known as the Valley of the Moon.
We will end the day with a delicious dinner and spend the night in a camp in the heart of Wadi Rum.
You take the full measure of this landscape of sand, needles and ridges during a 2-hour 4x4 excursion, until the magical blaze of sunset.

Relaxation and natural benefits at the Dead Sea
Breakfast at the camp, then departure via the Araba road towards the shores of the Dead Sea, the lowest point on the planet, located 1,306 feet below sea level.
Relaxation and swimming in salt waters
Surrounded by mountains to the east and the hills of Jerusalem to the west, the Dead Sea offers an almost unreal landscape. According to biblical tradition, this region was said to have housed five legendary cities: Sodom, Gomorrah, Admah, Zeboiim and Zoar.
The therapeutic benefits of the Dead Sea
Known for over 2,000 years for its beneficial properties, the Dead Sea offers a unique combination of climate, water, mud and air, renowned for relieving various chronic conditions such as dermatological problems (psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, vitiligo), respiratory disorders (asthma), as well as other conditions such as arthritis, circulatory problems, hypertension and certain ophthalmological conditions.
Experience a unique sensation: float naturally on the water thanks to its exceptional salinity, nine times higher than that of the oceans.
